Majed is an HR &amp; Operation Manager with experience in supporting the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems and providing counseling on policies and procedures, being actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads, and managing the hiring process, recruit, support and develop policies and procedures, orientate new employees and train existing employees, monitor employees' performance and attendance, ensure that all employees are organized and satisfied in their work environment, ensure meticulous implementation of payroll and benefits administration, communicate with staff about issues affecting their performance, ensure accurate and proper record-keeping of employees' information in soft and hard format, and make sure that staff gets paid correctly and on time. He has managed the operation department in all aspects of day to day of operation department and followed up on operation activities related to Assets, fleet, Warehousing, transport, customs clearance, and procurement, also overall management operation including planning, mobilization, financial planning and tracking, supervision of national staff, technical guidance, reporting in coordination with support departments. He has a bachelor's degree in physics from Amran University. Majed worked as an M&amp;E assistant &amp; Admin Officer in NGOs for five years before joining i-APS. Majed is currently serving as an HR &amp; Operation Manager at i-APS Yemen.&nbsp;

Ahlam is helping in preparing and reviewing i-APS Yemen manuals, supporting proposals writing, reporting, and ensuring data quality as programs and data quality manager. She is also managing several projects at i-APS Yemen. She has 7 years of experience in working with NGOs in many humanitarian activities. She has graduated from the English Education department in Yemen. During the same period, Ahlam was working as an M&amp;E assistant in the MEAL Unit. Then as a program assistant at the same Unit. She worked on following up on the project progress and documentation on the Portal365 system. One of her great jobs was being a trainer and capacity building specialist. She trained more than 100 people on how to write proposals and manage the project by using the Portal365 system.&nbsp;

Najat is a Program Development Manager for i-APS Yemen with professional experience in the field of capacity building, training and quality improvement processes. She has developed the company’s code of conduct and ensured following the humanitarian principles. Moreover, Najat has supported the fundraising unit/program development unit through proposal management and client communication. She has studied English Literature at Sana’a University. She has worked as an HR &amp; Admin Officer for four years before joining i-APS. Najat is currently working with the i-APS Yemen team to make the work more systematic and innovative by utilizing a mix of people first approach, technology and machine learning/artificial intelligence.&nbsp;

Al-Hassan comes from an administrative background and holds a Bachelor’s degree in business administration. He has over 6 years of experience in the administrative field and data analysis. He has worked on over 11 UNICEF and NGO funded projects implemented by i-APS in Yemen, after which he was promoted in the position of an M &amp; E officer. Among the most important responsibilities that Al-Hassan assumed in his career were data design, data process flow management, analyzing and cleaning data and ensuring its quality, designing field forms on KAPsurvey and KOBO and ensuring their suitability for field work, training the field team and ensuring full understanding of the project’s objectives. He is currently working as Data Analysis Officer for i-APS for a number of projects, including the projects of OCHA, UNICEF, CARE and ADRA, and many other projects.&nbsp;

Ma’ad Alsaeed has a Bachelor’s degree in Land, Water, and Environment, Faculty of Agriculture, Sana’a University in 2019.He has joined i-APS in late 2020 as a cashier. In 2021, He has been appointed as Operational officer to be responsible for i-APS fieldwork facilitation, field team management, logistics and operation during the data collection phase, i-APS procurement, and facilitation with the local authority if needed. During his work at i-APS, He has gained extensive knowledge in monitoring and evaluation, project management, and data analysis.&nbsp;

Fahd Thawaba, graduated from Limkokwing University Malaysia, in a Bachelor of Business in Accounting, have good experience in auditing four years as an external auditor for INGOs and NGOs, observing NGOs performance technical and financial, also have a good experience in Micro-assessment as the third party, holding a Project Management Professional course from Malaysia university,”&nbsp;

Moawedh is the M&amp;E Assistance for i-APS Yemen. He has experience in the field Monitoring. He obtained his BC in English language from Amran University in Yemen. Few Months ago, Moawedh has managed teams and projects assigned to him for any field facilities, translating and revising of reports cleaning data. Currently, he is leading and managing project for i-APS Yemen.&nbsp;

She has a Bachelor’s degree in accounting, and she has qualifications as training financial trainers, and a preparation for obtaining the Gulf Associate Certificate in Legal Accounting. She has ten years of experience as an accountant and financial auditor, as she worked for NGOs and CSOs and respected companies. She is the Compliance Officer for i-APS Yemen.&nbsp;

Shaimaa is an Architecture graduate who comes with solid experience in M&amp;E, data analyzing, and data management fields as she worked in a similar role with national and international organizations with more than 3 years of experience which has been reflected in Shaimaa’s work and career. Shaimaa’s managed many projects with i-APS as coordinator/Officer and now she is working as project coordinator.&nbsp;

Ahmed Mohsen has a Bachelor degree in Telecommunications Engineering 2015., The University of Aden- faculty of engineering. He has joined i-APS in 2021 as field monitor in several education projects. Now he is in i-APS office coordinator in Aden to be responsible on projects facilitation, representing i-APS in meeting with donors and local authorities once needed. He has been involved in several humanitarian projects, technical studies using different engineering software applications, construction supervision works, data management, project monitoring, and evaluation.&nbsp;

Amal Al-Motwakel comes from administration background with three years of experience. She has worked in many different areas of humanitarian field including field, monitoring &amp;evaluation and human resource. Amal is a holder of BA in Telecommunication &amp;Electronics Engineering. She is currently working as HR Officer with i-APS.&nbsp;

Having earned a doctorate degree in Agriculture Science from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, USA and engaged in numerous sustainable development programs over the past 20 years, Dr. Al-Wadaey makes the perfect country manager and representative for i-APS in Yemen. As Country Representative and Manager for i-APS Yemen he is responsible for the overall representation and compliance, program design and development, human resources management, leadership and program quality. Dr. Al-Wadaey also manages large portfolio of i-APS investment in Yemen. His previous experience covers the following positions: Programs’ quality advisor and MEAL (Monitoring Evaluation Accountability and Learning) specialist at the NFDHR in Yemen; Agriculture advisor for various teams drafting grant proposals for donors (including UNOCHA, DFID, UNICEF, World Bank, FAO, ICARDA, CGIAR, WFP, USAID, WHO); Scientific researcher at ICARDA in Aleppo, Syria, where he was involved in research activities in Jordan, Lebanon, Libya, and Ethiopia to improve the income of farmers and reduce poverty; National Consultant with FAO in Yemen; and a consultant with the World Bank, Oxfam and Yemeni private sector.&nbsp;

Fuad Saeed Bamatraf. is Holding a Bachelor’s degree in Petroleum Engineering from Hadhramout University. He has volunteered in multiple charities and foundations in recent years. He is interested in using new technology and applications for the geological and petroleum field. He is proud that he has recently joined i-APS as an M&amp;E Assistant, and he is sure that this position will add more skills and development to his professional career.&nbsp;
