Yemen Office HR & Operation Manager
Majed is an HR & Operation Manager with experience in supporting the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems and providing counseling on policies and procedures, being actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads, and managing the hiring process, recruit, support and develop policies and procedures, orientate new employees and train existing employees, monitor employees' performance and attendance, ensure that all employees are organized and satisfied in their work environment, ensure meticulous implementation of payroll and benefits administration, communicate with staff about issues affecting their performance, ensure accurate and proper record-keeping of employees' information in soft and hard format, and make sure that staff gets paid correctly and on time. He has managed the operation department in all aspects of day to day of operation department and followed up on operation activities related to Assets, fleet, Warehousing, transport, customs clearance, and procurement, also overall management operation including planning, mobilization, financial planning and tracking, supervision of national staff, technical guidance, reporting in coordination with support departments. He has a bachelor's degree in physics from Amran University. Majed worked as an M&E assistant & Admin Officer in NGOs for five years before joining i-APS. Majed is currently serving as an HR & Operation Manager at i-APS Yemen.
