Najat is a Program Development Manager for i-APS Yemen with professional experience in the field of capacity building, training and quality improvement processes. She has developed the company’s code of conduct and ensured following the humanitarian principles. Moreover, Najat has supported the fundraising unit/program development unit through proposal management and client communication. She has studied English Literature at Sana’a University. She has worked as an HR & Admin Officer for four years before joining i-APS. Najat is currently working with the i-APS Yemen team to make the work more systematic and innovative by utilizing a mix of people first approach, technology and machine learning/artificial intelligence.
