Monitoring Emergency Livestock Support in Southern Syria

i-APS provides monitoring services to FAO for the "Emergency support to the vulnerable livestock keepers for winter preparedness." i-APS technical experts conduct monitoring and evaluation, seeking to assess the impact of project outcomes and accountability to affected populations.
Key Project Activities:
- Livestock Protection: Protecting the livestock of 30,000 households through essential animal treatments.
- Livestock Production Enhancement: Increasing livestock production for 2,000 households by providing vital animal nutrition.
- Livestock Asset Restoration: Restoring the livestock assets of 2,400 households through artificial insemination.
Our Monitoring Approach:
- Baseline Assessments: Collecting data at the project's inception to establish a benchmark for measuring progress.
- Endline Assessments: Conducting comprehensive assessments at the project's conclusion to evaluate outcomes and impact.
Household Interviews: Utilizing household questionnaires to gather data from beneficiaries.
