- Health in Your Hands: At i-APS, we are exploring the future of accessible healthcare with our "Healthy Living" prototype. This digital platform is being designed to act as a personal health coach on a smartphone, helping users manage chronic conditions through tools like medication reminders and localized nutrition advice. A key feature we are developing is a virtual connection to healthcare professionals, aiming to empower individuals by giving them the tools to manage their health proactively. A core principle of our design is to empower those already on the front lines of care. We are building and testing a dashboard specifically for Community Health Workers (CHWs), designed to help them monitor multiple patients and prioritize their efforts with smart alerts. Our development process is focused on solving crucial challenges like low connectivity and language barriers to create a tool that truly supports and strengthens community health systems.
