Long-Term Agreement/IDIQ for WFP Supply Chain Reviews

i-APS holds a long-term agreement (LTA)/IDIQ with WFP to provide comprehensive third-party reviews of its supply chain network. This partnership will involve a thorough evaluation of end-to-end supply chain processes in 31 countries, including Afghanistan, Algeria, Burkina Faso, Colombia, Mali, Sudan, Uganda, Ukraine, Ethiopia, and more.

Our Services include but are not limited to:

• Comprehensive Supply Chain Reviews: Assessing all aspects of the supply chain, from procurement to distribution.
• Policy and Procedure Evaluation: Evaluating WFP's guidelines and practices related to supply chain management.
• On-Site Assessments: Conducting site visits, interviews, and document reviews to gather data.
• Data Analysis: Identifying patterns, trends, and potential irregularities through data analysis.
• Compliance Assessment: Evaluating adherence to legal, regulatory, and ethical standards.
• Internal Controls Assessment: Assessing the effectiveness of internal controls, risk management, and fraud prevention.

Stakeholder Engagement Assessment: Examining the country team's interactions with suppliers, contractors, and stakeholders.
