Endline Evaluation of WFP KOICA-Supported Home Grown Feeding Program in Cambodia

4 December 2024

As part of our Long-Term Agreement (LTA)/IDIQ with the World Food Programme (WFP) for evaluations, i-APS is conducting an endline evaluation of the KOICA-supported Home Grown School Feeding (HGSF) program. This evaluation provides an independent, evidence-based assessment of the program’s progress, accountability, and impact, determining its success in achieving KOICA’s goals and its sustainability.

Covering all 379 schools targeted over five years in Pursat, Kampong Thom, and Kampong Chhnang, the evaluation considers every project activity, including those transitioning to the National Home Grown School Feeding Program (NHGSFP). The evaluation framework is based on OECD-DAC criteria: relevance, effectiveness, efficiency, sustainability, and impact.
