Yaser is an accomplished Project Manager with a demonstrated track record of leading complex programs and projects that drive organizational transformation and growth in the field of Agriculture and Livelihoods. Yaser has over 10 years of progressive experience in project management, spanning multiple functional areas, and working in highly complex environments. With a deep understanding of TPM, capacity building and monitoring and evaluation, participatory data collection techniques, team cohesion, and strategic coordination, Yaser has led over 30 activities for i-APS and continuously identifies opportunities for growth and improvement within the project setting. He brings forth excellent skills in team building, communication, capacity development, and inter-department and client relation management. Yaser has extensive experience managing multiple projects in the MENA region in the field of agriculture and rural development. He has managed projects with i-APS funded by a mix of technical and management leadership and organization.
