Finance and Administration Officer

She has more than 15 Years working with NGO, where she worked in different role such as Finance officer/Manager/Admin Manager/HR Management providing support in finance, HR, logistics, procurement, administration and compliance departments for international NGOs such as Intermon Oxfam and International Medical Corps.She has a Bachelor degree in Management and Business Administration. She is currently working with i-APS as Finance Admin Officer for i-APS Global, providing support in administration in different countries delivering training and mentor staff members and consultants on approved organizational policies and procedures related to finance and administration, reviewing monthly financial reporting, checking validity of supporting documents, reviewing of cash request and Cash distribution, allocation and clearing of advances (identify discrepancies, propose changes, work to complete proper documentation),reviewing approved timesheets before salaries payment. She is also in charge of compliance, performing vetting and re-vetting of all i-APS staff members and affiliate staff members.
