
Finance and Administration Director
Jasmina Dimac serves as the Finance and Administration Director at i-APS. An international financial management expert and development professional with over 25 years of experience, she has a demonstrated history of successful financial leadership, management, and project implementation. In her role at i-APS, she leverages her deep expertise in programmatic operations, administration, compliance, logistics, procurement, grants, and finance.
Ms. Dimac’s extensive financial leadership experience includes budget preparation and control, cash flow management, financial analysis and reporting, internal controls, and contract and procurement management. She possesses excellent knowledge of US Government, EU, and UN financial rules and regulations, as well as international cost accounting standards. She is also a skilled grant professional with a proven ability to accurately assess the needs of grantees and design effective capacity-building programs.
Prior to joining i-APS, Ms. Dimac built a broad portfolio of management experience supporting US Government, EU, UN, and humanitarian-funded programs in Bosnia and Herzegovina, Afghanistan, Iraq, and Somalia. Most recently, she completed an assignment as Finance and Administration Director for the US Government-funded Fiscal Reform Activities (FRA) in Bosnia and Herzegovina, implemented by Development Alternatives Incorporated (DAI).
Throughout her career, Ms. Dimac has successfully led projects of various sizes, managing annual budgets ranging from $1 million to $25 million and overseeing teams of 10 to 50 staff. She has held overall program responsibility for human resources, finance, accounting and operational compliance with contractor and local regulations under multi-donor funding. Her operational leadership spans program start-up, close-out, work plan development, and monitoring and evaluation (M&E) / PMP design and implementation.
A results-oriented team builder with a demonstrated history of problem-solving in complex operating environments, Ms. Dimac holds a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) in Business Economy from the University of Sarajevo. Her robust skill set includes program management, international relief and development, financial analysis, and project planning.
