Monitoring UNICEF’s support to facilitate and supply National Exams in Yemen

UNICEF and i-APS Yemen continue to work together to assure the quality of aid delivery in the most challenging contexts.

This time we are partnering together in Yemen to monitor UNICEF’s support to education authorities in facilitating national exams for students in grades 9 and 12. Our team of data collectors have visited over 518 schools in Yemen, monitoring the distribution of examination materials and observing UNICEF’s additional support in participant-record keeping and ensuring social distancing and other Covid-19 related mitigation measures. 

It is remarkable to observe UNICEF’s work in supporting access to quality education opportunities for children in Yemen. i-APS is very happy to be able to do our part to make sure that the needed support is reaching the Yemeni students during these challenging times. 🙏
